TRANSITIONAL DELIGHT

After our initial meeting, these customers took about 6 or 7 years before deciding to build their custom home. We're glad they remembered us. We found a small, lake view property in a great Winter Park location. The slope of the property presented some challenges but the end result turned out great.

The plan has an open central living space that opens to a spectacular kitchen and family dining area. The formal dining room is adaptable as a library and sitting area. The luxury master suite is on the first floor and three additional bedrooms are on the second level. An elevator is tucked into the center of the grand staircase for visitors that don't want to climb the stairs. The upstairs also features a central activity space for the kids to entertain their friends.
